The HR Generalist will also handle worker's compensation claims, unemployment claims, and employee verifications. A significant part of the job involves employment processes, including qualifying applicants, conducting reference checks, and performing background testing. The position is designed to support the Human Resource Department in its mission to foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
