About the position

As a Human Resources Generalist at Entrega, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of the HR function within the organization. This includes providing support in compliance, training, talent management, and organizational development initiatives. Additionally, you will aid in the day-to-day HR operations, including managing HRIS, maintaining employee records, and handling compliance tasks. Your analytical skills will be vital in maintaining HR metrics that inform decision-making processes. You will also collaborate with the finance department to administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that they meet the needs of the employees while aligning with the company's financial objectives. Supporting employee relations will be a key aspect of your role, as you will provide guidance on HR-related issues, assist in conflict resolution, and facilitate effective communication efforts within the organization. As part of your responsibilities, you will support the implementation of performance management systems and processes, providing guidance and training to managers to enhance their effectiveness. You will assist in identifying training needs and supporting learning initiatives that promote personal and professional growth among employees. Your contributions will extend to initiatives aimed at promoting the company's culture, values, and employee engagement, ensuring that the workplace remains vibrant and inclusive. Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing HR strategies in alignment with company objectives.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
  • Aid in day-to-day HR operations, including HRIS management, employee records, documentation, and compliance tasks.
  • Collaborate with finance to administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Assist in fostering a positive work environment by providing guidance on HR-related issues and conflict resolution.
  • Support the implementation of performance management systems and processes.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and supporting learning initiatives within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Experience reporting directly to executive level leadership strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in the technology professional services industry is strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience working in a small business setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, policies, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and demonstrated ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Track record of successfully implementing HR programs, policies, and initiatives in a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office. Paylocity knowledge preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are a plus.
