We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong focus on Talent Management to join our dynamic team located in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate will bring a proven ability to facilitate talent discussions, succession planning, and support strategic talent development processes. Responsibilities

  • Conduct and facilitate business talent reviews, succession planning, and related talent management processes.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop and implement clear plans for talent development to meet strategic goals.
  • Lead engaging presentations and discussions with senior leaders regarding talent strategy and readiness.
  • Prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations to support talent reviews and executive discussions.
  • Assist in reporting and tracking talent management data to ensure transparency and progress toward objectives.
  • Operate effectively in ambiguous situations, adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining focus on outcomes.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to leaders regarding talent selection, development, and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (Required).
  • 4-7 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on talent management processes (Required).
  • Proven experience in facilitating talent discussions and succession planning processes.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint presentation skills with the ability to deliver insights clearly and concisely.
  • Strong ability to navigate and operate in ambiguous environments with confidence and clarity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
