We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resource Generalist to join our team! As an HR Generalist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our facility's human resources functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance. Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
• Administer benefits, workers' compensation, and leave programs
• Foster positive employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports
• Collaborate with management on performance management and development
• Support training and development initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or senior living
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
