About the position

Join our dynamic HR team as a Learning + Development Specialist! This role is perfect for a proactive individual with a passion for enhancing employee skills and driving organizational success. As an HR Generalist, you will handle day-to-day HR operations, maintain HR records, support employee engagement, and assist in talent acquisition for customer service roles. In this pivotal position, you will also lead our Learning & Development initiatives, designing and implementing comprehensive training programs to promote continuous learning. You'll coordinate training logistics, ensure compliance training is up-to-date, and partner with HR leadership to foster a culture of knowledge sharing. Responsibilities

  • Maintain HR records and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Learn various HR operational functions to back up other HR partners.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various departmental processes.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and activities, including organizing HR events.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to enhance employee development programs.
  • Assist with the employee annual review cycle, including maintaining the organizational chart and performance management system.
  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination for Customer Service roles.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate training logistics, such as scheduling, room reservations, and participant registration.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance training program, tracking completion rates and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR roles with demonstrated proficiency in HR operations and Learning & Development.
  • Strong understanding of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design concepts.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, learning management systems (LMS), etc.
  • Certification in training and development (e.g., ATD, CPTM) and/or HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
