The Human Resources Generalist position at Executive Personal Computers, Inc. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for a variety of HR functions that support our employees and the overall operations of the company. This position does not require night or weekend work, nor does it involve mandatory overtime, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. In this role, you will respond to and resolve administrative inquiries related to payroll and attendance, ensuring that our employees have the support they need. You will collaborate with the facility manager to assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for open positions. You will maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, reviewing policies and practices to ensure adherence to best practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
