Join a Growing Human Resources Team! Wayne J. Griffin Electric, Inc. is a leading electrical contractor with over 1,400 employees across New England and the Southeast. We are looking for a Human Resource Generalist to provide a broad range of human resources services and support for field employees in Alabama and Georgia regions while working with a close-knit HR team. This position will be based out of our corporate office located in Holliston, Massachusetts. This position will be responsible for supporting full cycle human resources services of recruiting, onboarding, standard operating procedures, employee relations, performance management, and job site visits for assigned field employees. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of demonstrated experience with recruiting, employee relations, as well as strong organizational, computer, and communication skills. A college degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred but not required. PHR/SHRM-CP certification is a plus. Some travel to jobsites in the southeast will be required. Wayne J. Responsibilities

  • Support full cycle human resources services including recruiting and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for HR processes.
  • Manage employee relations and performance management activities.
  • Conduct job site visits for assigned field employees.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure effective HR service delivery.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in recruiting and employee relations.
  • Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills.
  • A college degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • PHR/SHRM-CP certification is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the electrical contracting industry.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
