  • Ensure compliance with Affirmative Action Plan and Equal Employment Opportunity guidelines.
  • Manage the data management system for team member data and employment transitions.
  • Generate reports related to payroll analysis and labor turnover.

Requirements

  • Experience in Human Resources operations and administration.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to manage team member relations and engagement initiatives.
  • Proficient in data management systems and generating reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
