About the position

The Human Resources Generalist at The OCD and Anxiety Treatment Center plays a crucial role in supporting the HR director and ensuring effective human resource practices within the organization. This position focuses on employee training, compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive work environment, all while maintaining confidentiality and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recommends and assists in the implementation of new policies, approaches, and procedures.
• Maintains employee file management system with updated information.
• Assists with employee training programs.
• Establishes and maintains training policies and procedures to support the development of TOATC employees in compliance with company standards.
• Responsible for all aspects of OSHA, HIPAA, and compliance programs.
• Learns and practices de-escalation techniques (may occasionally be exposed to high-stress environments).
• Maintains a safe and clean environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Mid-level experience in human resources.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to support and cultivate a learning environment.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Nice-to-haves
