The role is pivotal in managing the recruiting process across all areas, which includes collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, coordinating interviews, drafting offer proposals, and extending offers to selected candidates. The HR Generalist will also handle vendor management due diligence requests, ensuring that all necessary compliance and operational standards are met. In addition to recruitment, the HR Generalist will be responsible for updating frequently used materials and reports, such as organizational charts, census reports, and hiring plans. This role requires performing internal audits of record-keeping practices and managing office supplies for the HR suite. The onboarding and offboarding processes are also under the purview of this position, which includes conducting background checks and preparing necessary paperwork for both new hires and departing employees. The HR Generalist will track submissions for education assistance and confirm approvals, working closely with other departments and vendors to ensure efficient task completion. This includes reconciling and processing invoices in support of the HR department, answering incoming calls, providing guidance, and relaying messages. The role also involves coordinating various activities and arranging meetings to facilitate smooth HR operations.

  • Overall HR Generalist Duties
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • Compensation experience preferred
