This role will partner closely with the Corporate Human Resources team to ensure that initiatives are successfully carried out within the business unit. The responsibilities include recruiting talent by utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and BambooHR ATS, and identifying innovative methods to attract talent. The HR Generalist will also partner with business unit leadership to identify development opportunities and implement employee enhancement initiatives, such as staff recognition, mentoring programs, and training initiatives. Additionally, the role involves coordinating the new hire onboarding process and implementing improvements as necessary. Building trusted relationships with management by providing expertise and valuable insight is crucial. The HR Generalist will provide day-to-day support to business unit employees, assist management with conducting effective performance reviews, and facilitate employee relocations by collaborating with Corporate HR, project teams, employees, and the company relocation vendor. Resolving employee relations issues with the support of Corporate HR and tracking applicable state and local compliance updates are also key responsibilities. The HR Generalist will assist with college and workforce career fair recruitment efforts, contributing to the overall success of the human resources function within the organization.
