About The Position

The Human Resources Coordinator at Lourdes Noreen-McKeen Residence is responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee file maintenance. This role supports the HR Director and Administrator in ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures while fostering a supportive work environment in a faith-based, nonprofit rehabilitation and skilled care facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or significant HR experience.
• Two years of Human Resources experience required.
• Experience in Long-Term Care required.
• Intermediate skill with MS Office products (Excel and PowerPoint) and web-based database and recruiting software.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with UKG (Ultipro/Kronos) is a plus.
• Associates degree or better preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen, follow-up, schedule and conduct interviews with applicants for job posts.
• Complete New Hire onboarding including pre-employment criminal background checks, physicals, and TB testing.
• Assist with New Hire orientation.
• Maintain the Employee Handbook, job descriptions, performance evaluations, and other HR-related documents.
• Maintain employee files in accordance with established policies and procedures, including state and federal forms and training records.
• Assist with payroll and attendance tracking.
• Help maintain an organized employee benefits program.
• Assist the HR Director and Administrator with various tasks and projects.
