About the position
As the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst at Umpqua Bank, you will be responsible for ensuring the HRIS is up-to-date and functioning correctly. This role involves providing technical support and training to HR associates, managing employee data, performing data audits, and generating reports to aid decision-making. You will collaborate with HR and other departments to implement process improvements, support and audit HR systems, and ensure compliance with bank regulations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure HRIS is up-to-date and functioning correctly.
- Provide technical support and training to HR associates.
- Manage employee data and perform data audits.
- Generate reports to aid decision-making and identify trends.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to implement process improvements.
- Support and audit HR systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Communicate system changes and stay informed on regulatory updates.
Requirements
- At least two years' experience in a human resources role.
- At least one year of experience focused on HRIS.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled in collecting, organizing, and maintaining employee data.
- Strong focus on accuracy and integrity in data management.
- Ability to analyze HR data and generate reports.
Nice-to-haves
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with ADP Vantage.
- Experience with Jobvite, Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint applications.
