About the position

Lesaffre is seeking a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist to enhance the use of multiple UKG modules within the organization. This role is pivotal in optimizing the HR technology ecosystem and improving the employee experience in North America. The ideal candidate will leverage their HRIS and HCM expertise to drive innovation and sustainability within the HR function.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, test, and implement new HRIS solutions to enhance functionality
• Develop and enforce robust governance standards for HRIS data and system security
• Evaluate new HR system capabilities and make strategic recommendations
• Manage HRIS documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Create insightful reports and dashboards to align HR initiatives with business goals
• Serve as the primary liaison to HR system vendors and troubleshoot HRIS issues
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and maintain HR data quality
• Communicate effectively and provide training to upskill the HR team
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and HCM (Human Capital Management) oversight, configuration, and support
• 3+ years of experience working within a Human Resources team and role
• Detailed understanding of a variety of UKG modules
• Proficiency in the advanced features of Microsoft Office Products
