About the position

The Human Resources Intern at Carolina Herrera will support the HR department's daily activities and perform various administrative tasks. This internship is designed to provide students with hands-on experience in different HR disciplines, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, HR Policies & Procedures, and Payroll & Benefits. The role offers a unique opportunity to work across departments in a creative and welcoming environment, contributing to the development of future leaders in the fashion industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with talent acquisition efforts
  • Post, update, and remove job postings from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
  • Schedule interviews and onboarding meetings
  • Prepare all new hire paperwork via Docusign
  • Assist with recruiting activities for the internship program
  • Screen resumes and assist in onboarding and offboarding
  • Act as HRBP for the intern population
  • Participate in planning and organizing company events
  • Support in company initiatives such as DEI and Sustainability
  • Maintain employee electronic files and department records
  • Assist with payroll reporting and audit support
  • Data entry into ADP
  • Assist employees with HR kiosk and vendor systems
  • Support with communication drafting and meeting organizing
  • Create, implement, and update Payroll & Benefits documents and templates
  • Participate in planning and organizing employee wellness topics and events

Requirements

  • Student pursuing a college degree in Human Resources or a similar field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organization and computer skills, including MS Office
