About the position

The Madrid EDITION is seeking a passionate Human Resources intern who is eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry. This role involves supporting various HR functions, including personnel administration, recruitment, training coordination, and internal communication, while fostering positive relationships with employees and the community.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee files and records.
  • Administer the attendance system.
  • Support the management of agreements with universities for interns.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including CV screening, scheduling, and conducting interviews.
  • Help in the selection of interns.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and development of training management.
  • Process and communicate training bonuses with collaborating organizations.
  • Update and register training in various internal platforms and systems.
  • Collaborate in organizing activities for employees/interns and the community.
  • Assist the HR Coordinator, HR Manager, Assistant Director of HR, and Director of HR.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
  • Support internal communication management within the hotel.

Requirements

  • Students of Tourism, Hotel Management, or related fields.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
