About the position

KeHE is a natural, organic, specialty and fresh food distributor that is committed to good living, good food, and good service. The company is currently seeking rising seniors for its Internship Program, which is designed for those who have demonstrated high performance and leadership in academics, work, and volunteer settings. This highly-selective program allows interns to own and drive impactful projects for their business unit over the course of 10-12 weeks. Interns will receive mentorship and participate in various learning events and workshops. Full-time roles may be available upon graduation, including entry into the Rotational Leadership Program (LPA).

Responsibilities

• Assist with new hire onboarding materials
• Assist with conducting employee orientation
• Assist the Benefits department with new hire benefit enrollment and qualifying life events
• Assist the Payroll department with payroll/garnishment employee record filing and maintenance
• Assist with maintaining employee files

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Creativity and passion for working with technology to tackle business problems
• Client-focused, results-driven mindset
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented, dynamic environment
• Critical thinking skills and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership experience in college activities or internships
