We're seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our team in Wichita, KS, for an immersive and hands-on experience during the Summer of 2025. As an intern at Emprise Bank, you'll benefit from personalized mentorship, engage in meaningful projects, and develop key skills to jumpstart your professional journey. This full-time, paid internship will last approximately two months.
Responsibilities
- Participate in department rotations to gain a well-rounded understanding of our organization.
- Engage in professional development sessions focused on financial industry best practices.
- Work on impactful projects that provide hands-on experience in collaboration and innovation.
- Develop professional communication skills across a variety of scenarios.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education or Instructional Design, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with programs or platforms used to develop multi-media or other design elements for use in training collateral, or other eLearning tools.
- Proficiency with large server-based applications and typical desktop software.
