About the position

As a Human Resources Intern at United Launch Alliance (ULA), you will gain hands-on experience in the aerospace industry, focusing on HR policies and procedures. This internship provides an opportunity to support experienced business professionals and engage in key HR initiatives while building a strong network within the ULA community.

Responsibilities

• Focus on HR Policies and Procedures
• Learn various HR Systems
• Support locations that align with a collective bargaining agreement
• Assist experienced business professionals in performance of assignments
• Participate in activities/events to build a network within the ULA community

Requirements

• Completed sophomore year of college or university by the time of the summer internship assignment
• Minimum college GPA of 2.90 on a 4.00 scale at the time of application
• Valid driver's license and motorized vehicle transportation if assigned in specific locations
• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management, Business, or relevant field
• Plans to be enrolled in classes during Fall Semester 2025
• Ability to work full-time for a minimum of 10 weeks during the summer of 2025
• Ability to leverage analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Effective presentation, critical thinking, and communication skills
