About the position

The Human Resources, Learning & Development Specialist at Peter Cremer North America, LP is responsible for ensuring that employees have access to the necessary tools and learning opportunities to advance in their careers. This role focuses on maximizing growth potential within the organization and optimizing staff performance through effective training and development programs. Initially, this position requires in-office work for at least six months before transitioning to a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the planning and administration of talent management and leadership development programs.
  • Operate as the functional contact for the overall talent management strategy.
  • Support Talent Management activities, including career and growth programs, performance management, and organizational strategies.
  • Manage the logistics of onsite talent development experiences.
  • Develop strong vendor relationships and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Anticipate training and development needs and design training solutions accordingly.
  • Consult with business leaders to understand training needs related to early talent programs.
  • Design, build, coordinate, and deliver engaging training and development content.
  • Implement, measure, and track the effectiveness of training solutions.
  • Drive awareness of available training and resources through creative campaigns.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the HR team by improving the learning process and effectiveness.
  • Assess training outcomes by soliciting feedback and evaluating courses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years of training and facilitation experience required, 5+ years preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead corporate development initiatives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft software applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and Office.
  • Excellent time management, scheduling, and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and concern for impact is essential.

  • Experience working in an electronic learning management system.
