We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing all HR functions and ensuring the organization's human capital needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee talent acquisition processes from sourcing to onboarding
• Utilize data analysis skills to drive HR strategies and decision-making
• Manage HR programs such as employee orientation and training
• Supervise and lead HR staff in day-to-day operations
• Implement and maintain HRIS systems like Dayforce, Oracle, ATS, or Workday
• Conduct recruiting activities to attract top talent
• Coordinate employee relations activities and resolve issues as needed

Requirements

• Proficiency in program management within the HR function
• Strong knowledge of HR systems such as Dayforce, Oracle, ATS, or Workday
• Excellent supervisory skills to lead and develop HR teams effectively
• Ability to conduct data analysis for informed decision-making
• Experience in employee orientation and training processes
• 2 years of experience in human resources
