About the position

Responsibilities
- Manage turnover and recruitment processes.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
- Drive positive employee relations and engagement.
- Monitor compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, and other employment laws.
- Ensure safety training for employees and promote a culture of safety.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience preferred.
- Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring, and training.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
