About the position

Responsibilities
- Manage turnover and recruitment processes.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
- Drive positive employee relations and culture.
- Monitor compliance with employment laws such as FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, and Workers' Compensation.
- Ensure safety training and adherence to company safety policies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring, and training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience preferred.
