About the position

The Human Resources Manager position at a leading hospitality brand focuses on creating dynamic workplaces and fostering talent within a high-energy environment. This role is pivotal in shaping the company culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The manager will work closely with the General Manager and Chief HR Officer to implement strategies that enhance employee satisfaction and organizational growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies to ensure compliance and foster a positive work culture.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent in the hospitality industry.
  • Create and implement employee engagement programs to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Coordinate with a global training team to provide employees with access to world-class training and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field or 5+ years of HR experience.
  • Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to foster positive relationships.
  • Experience in the tourism, hospitality, or service industry is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry is highly preferred.
