About The Position
As a Human Resources Manager at Nestlé Health Science, you will be responsible for executing the Human Resources strategy across assigned client groups within the Supply Chain organization. This role involves overseeing talent and performance management, employee development, employee relations, HR policies, and compensation administration. You will lead organizational change initiatives and coach leadership to improve workplace culture while managing the complete Human Resource service/value chain for the group.
