Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on hiring, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • PHR certification or related required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution expertise.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong presentation skills and project management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and professional image.
  • Knowledge of financial services compliance and regulations.
