About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our HR consulting firm, which supports clients with HR processes throughout the US. This pivotal role involves overseeing and managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of HR practices, including performance management, conflict resolution, payroll, benefits, and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals for each client.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including talent acquisition and onboarding of new employees for clients.
  • Oversee performance management systems to ensure employee development and engagement for clients.
  • Handle conflict management and employee relations issues effectively.
  • Administer payroll processes accurately using tools such as BambooHR, ADP Run or SAP.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient recruitment processes.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform HR decisions and improve processes.
  • Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations while promoting best practices in HR.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in human resources.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management, conflict management, payroll systems, talent acquisition, and recruiting strategies.
  • Familiarity with HR software such as Paychex, SAP, and ATS platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent data analysis skills to support decision-making processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • A degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Google Suite for at least 2 years.
  • Experience in benefits administration for at least 2 years.
  • Experience in payroll for at least 2 years.
