About The Position
As the Human Resources Manager you will lead the total human resources function at our dairy manufacturing plant & distribution center in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This leader will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, wage and benefit administration, training and development, regulatory compliance, policy administration, labor/union relations, work life balance improvement, partner engagement and communications. This position is 100% on-site at our Green Bay, Wisconsin manufacturing & distribution facility.
