About the position

Cromulence, LLC is seeking a full-time Human Resource Manager to oversee the entire HR function of the organization. The role involves creating a vision and setting goals for process improvement within a fast-paced and progressive environment. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing HR processes, compliance, and data analysis to support leadership in team development.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire HR function of the organization.
  • Create a vision and set goals for process improvement.
  • Manage benefits administration and HRIS management.
  • Implement HR processes and programs including employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.
  • Analyze and present HR-related data to guide decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures compliant with laws and aligned with company culture.
  • Demonstrate confident communication skills and present effectively to all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience in HR, preferably in high-growth environments.
  • At least two years of HR management experience leading a department.
  • Understanding of core aspects of HR management including benefits administration and HRIS management.
  • Demonstrated HR and legal acumen in compliance and best practices.
  • Ability to interpret governmental laws and technical information.
  • Experience developing HR policies and procedures compliant with laws.
  • Experience implementing and reporting on HR metrics.
  • Strong communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • PHR/SHRM/CP or SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
  • Strong experience with Excel or other spreadsheet platforms.
