HealthCareClinics' unique concept of care, with all under one roof has been described as a “mini hospital”. We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our TEAM! The Human Resources Manager's primary function is to assist in the timely completion of all the company's human resource and purchasing duties, including, but not limited to, the establishment and maintenance of all personnel records, responsibility for purchasing and account payable management, and the periodic reporting to Management. The role involves fulfilling basic Human Resources functions, including payroll, salary and benefit administration, personnel recruitment, selection, and training; and management of personnel information systems. Additionally, the Human Resources Manager will perform basic purchasing functions of the clinic, including ordering materials and supplies, managing accounts payable, vendor selection and reviews, and managing clinic inventories of equipment, materials, and supplies. This position is crucial for ensuring that the clinic operates smoothly and efficiently, supporting both the staff and the patients we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the timely completion of all human resource and purchasing duties.
  • Establish and maintain all personnel records.
  • Manage purchasing and accounts payable.
  • Perform periodic reporting to Management.
  • Fulfill basic Human Resources functions including payroll, salary and benefit administration.
  • Oversee personnel recruitment, selection, and training.
  • Manage personnel information systems.
  • Order materials and supplies for the clinic.
  • Manage accounts payable and vendor selection.
  • Review and manage clinic inventories of equipment, materials, and supplies.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree from accredited college/university (Business, HR, accounting or related field is a plus).
  • 3+ years' experience in human resources/executive support/legal.
  • Excellent critical thinking and decision making skills.
  • Ability to listen well, comprehend and analyze situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, medical office software, payroll systems).
  • Organizational skills with proven aptitude for multi-tasking.
  • Must submit to and pass post offer and/or random drug screen.
