About The Position
The Human Resources Manager at Allied Universal® Enhanced Protection Services plays a critical role in both hands-on and strategic HR operations. This position focuses on implementing and executing HR programs, policies, and processes, including compensation and benefits, HRIS, leave administration, and employee relations. The HR Manager will work closely with union representatives to manage labor relations and grievances, ensuring compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements. This role is essential for driving change management initiatives and supporting executives and managers in various HR functions.
