Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to execute talent strategies for current and future organizational needs.
- Oversee the full cycle of recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes.
- Analyze and recommend competitive compensation and benefit plans.
- Administer employer-sponsored benefits, workers’ compensation, and wellbeing programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure data integrity.
- Process payroll using established systems and practices.
- Develop and implement internal learning and development programs.
- Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations.
- Ensure safety program compliance and adherence to employment laws and best practices.
- Support office management tasks and coordinate projects with external vendors.
