About The Position
The Human Resources Manager at KenCrest will guide, advise, and consult with supervisors and employees on all aspects of employment activity. This role is integral to the Connecticut management team, participating in agency-level projects and collaborating with the central HR Department in Pennsylvania to develop and implement new employment systems and procedures. The HR Manager will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while fostering a supportive work environment.
