Dogwood Industries is seeking a highly organized Human Resources Manager to join their team in Everett, WA. This key role involves providing support to the HR Department, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing employee records, overseeing the staffing process, and coordinating performance reviews. Responsibilities

• Maintaining HR systems and interfacing with third party providers for benefits and services related to personnel.
• Ensuring the company's compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in electronic formats.
• Managing the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
• Coordinating performance reviews and using performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team.
• Investigating employee issues and conflicts and bringing them to resolution with attention to confidentiality.
• Designing and implementing employee engagement and retention strategies.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Human Resources management.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of employment and labor law.
• Proven working experience as HR manager.
• Experience with HR information systems and related software platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Paylocity or HRIS software.
• Experience in construction or manufacturing.
