About The Position

Requirements

  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of individuals.
  • Pro-active problem solver.
  • A degree in Human Resources or related field is highly desired.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support overall business goals.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective investigations.
  • Oversee and administer employee benefits programs.
  • Work closely with department managers to assist in hiring and training initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state compliance requirements.
  • Handle workman compensation matters effectively.
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures for continual improvements in HR efficiency.
