About the position

The Human Resources Manager (HRM) at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Sunnyvale is responsible for overseeing strategic workforce planning and day-to-day HR operations within the hospital. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with compensation and benefits teams to implement effective policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR Management, or related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a top HR leadership position, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Master's degree or SPHR certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in HRMS and various HR-related software.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Taleo and other HR management systems.
  • Ability to type 60-70 words per minute accurately.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving high organizational performance.
