About the position

The Human Resources Manager at DuraServ Corp is a key leadership role responsible for executing foundational HR operations and practices that enhance workplace culture and support talent management. This position involves partnering with management to address talent needs, compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace experience. The HR Manager will also lead initiatives related to mergers and acquisitions, ensuring effective integration and support for field-based division teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the leadership team to educate, coach, and execute DuraServ's human resources and talent strategy.
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards and Talent Management teams to identify solutions for workforce challenges.
  • Utilize HR Analytic dashboards and reports to provide predictive insights and key performance indicators related to human capital management.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; review policies and practices for compliance.
  • Serve as a liaison with stakeholders to provide HR expertise and support in resolving workplace issues.
  • Nurture and curate a positive workplace experience and culture for team members.
  • Lead and/or participate in special projects and assignments.
  • Manage the workforce integration action plan related to Mergers and Acquisitions events for assigned divisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources, or related field.
  • Eight or more years of progressively responsible experience in the HR discipline.
  • Experience in HCM technology platforms, preferably ADP Workforce Now.
  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for talent management, total rewards, corporate social responsibility, culture, inclusion and diversity, employment practices, and labor law.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certified credentials from SHRM are a plus.
