About the position

The Human Resources Manager at AdvanceCare Health Services, LLC is responsible for overseeing all HR operations to ensure they align with the company's business objectives. This full-time remote position requires a strategic mindset to manage HR programs, lead staff, and support the human factor within the organization. The role involves developing corporate HR plans, supervising HR personnel, and ensuring compliance with legal standards while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop corporate plans for various HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety.
  • Support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development.
  • Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics.
  • Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labor unions.
  • Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
  • Deal with grievances and violations, invoking disciplinary action when required.
  • Anticipate and resolve litigation risks.
  • Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.

Requirements

  • Experience in Human Resources Management.
  • Full understanding of organizational operations to meet objectives.
  • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
  • Business acumen partnered with attention to the human element.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.
  • BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience supervising a team for at least 1 year.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Bamboo HR for at least 1 year.
