About the position

The Human Resources Modernization Director will lead initiatives to enhance the employee experience and optimize Human Resources processes within QCR Holdings, Inc. This role focuses on driving strategic HR improvements, fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion, and aligning HR practices with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive key people strategy processes and projects that support the growth objectives of the organization.
  • Coordinate strategic business initiatives across HR COEs, HR Business Partners, and business leaders.
  • Partner with key HR stakeholders to implement programs and processes that enhance employee experience satisfaction and retention.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
  • Collaborate closely with the CHRO to execute HR strategic initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Partner with Human Resources leadership to ensure a clear vision and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Implement change management practices while leading and supporting organizational change.
  • Develop relationships across the organization and maintain current knowledge and understanding of overall business goals and objectives.
  • Comply with all company or regulatory policies, procedures, and requirements that are applicable to this position.
  • Foster and preserve a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance or equivalent experience.
  • Ten years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience with project management, process improvement, and implementing new business processes.
  • Capability to analyze information and drive outcomes.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Capability to prioritize and execute a variety of projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence all levels of leaders and build strong partnerships across an organization.
