About the position

Envision Radiology is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Onboarding Assistant to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM and is based in-office. The primary responsibility of the HR Onboarding Assistant is to ensure an effective and timely onboarding process for all new hires. This includes coordinating all new hire paperwork, maintaining employee records, and facilitating mandatory training sessions. The role is crucial in delivering a superior new hire experience by providing exceptional customer service while upholding the highest quality standards. The HR Onboarding Assistant will work closely with the Recruiting and HR Team, taking the initiative to stay informed about and contribute to company-wide recruitment and engagement initiatives. This position promotes the delivery of unmistakable quality, spectacular service, and operational excellence consistently. The HR Onboarding Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for candidates during the onboarding process, ensuring that all necessary steps are completed efficiently and effectively. In addition to onboarding duties, the HR Onboarding Assistant will coordinate pre-employment drug screenings, verify background checks, create new hire records in HRIS systems, and assign mandatory training modules. The role also involves assisting the Recruiting team with processing working interviews, tracking bonus payouts related to recruiting efforts, and responding to general employee inquiries. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication and maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive information. This position does not have supervisory responsibilities and operates in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. The physical demands of the job include regular use of hands and fingers for operating office equipment, as well as frequent talking and hearing. Responsibilities

  • Completes the onboarding process of all new hires, including initial follow up on new hire paperwork.
  • Coordinates pre-employment drug screen, if required, and verifies applicant has completed the pre-employment background check, follows up as needed.
  • Creates new hire record in HRIS Systems and assigns mandatory training modules.
  • Assists Recruiting team in processing working interviews.
  • Communicates with HR team on any potential delays or items requiring follow up during preboarding and onboarding process.
  • Collaborates with other departments, as needed, to ensure new hire candidates receive all equipment and login information in a timely manner.
  • Tracks and processes bonus payouts related to recruiting efforts.
  • Assists in responding to general employee inquiries and escalates to HR/Recruiting subject matter expert as needed.
  • Assists Recruiting with special projects as requested.
  • Utilizes strong interpersonal skills to efficiently and effectively communicate with others and handles sensitive information to maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Experience using HRIS Systems, preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver, and a team player
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
  • Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills & professional demeanor
  • Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
