About the position

The position involves supporting a client in integrating a recent acquisition from a Human Resources perspective, focusing on onboarding new employees and managing HR processes. The role is project-based and requires immediate availability, with a target compensation of $60-$75 per hour, negotiable. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding of approximately 250 new employees to the HRIS platform and explain payroll and benefit-related policies.
  • Analyze and revise current HR processes for efficiency.
  • Manage HRIS data transition from the acquired company, including data migration, HRIS setup, and training.
  • Assist in change management efforts to enhance new employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with third-party service providers (e.g., PEO) to support integration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience with employee onboarding related to payroll and benefits, with a preference for M&A integration experience.
  • International new hire onboarding experience is a plus.
  • Agile and creative mindset for problem-solving.
  • Experience in core HCM systems and enabling technologies.

  • Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) integration.
