The Onboarding Coordinator will play a crucial role in welcoming new hires and ensuring they have a smooth transition into the organization. This position reports directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition and involves a variety of responsibilities that support the onboarding cycle from the moment an offer is accepted through to New Employee Orientation. In this role, the Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for greeting new hires and addressing their needs as they visit the Human Resources and Employee Health departments. The coordinator will manage the onboarding process, which includes communicating with new employees to ensure all pre-employment requirements are met, setting up new hires in the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and administering the logistics of New Employee Orientation. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The position offers an opportunity for professional growth within the Talent Acquisition team, with the potential to develop skills in full-cycle onboarding. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, providing a comfortable office environment where the coordinator will have the chance to collaborate with various HR professionals and gain valuable experience in the healthcare sector.
