About the position

The Human Resources Operations and Recruitment Specialist at Pixalate, Inc. is responsible for managing the recruitment process and HR operations. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for sales and technology positions while also supporting the HR department. The specialist will enhance the efficiency of hiring processes and ensure a positive candidate experience, alongside managing employee onboarding and compliance with HR regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Screening resumes and proactively sourcing candidates.
  • Conducting interviews and finalizing offers through negotiation.
  • Collaborating closely with the executive team to gather feedback and ensure a strong candidate fit.
  • Continuously developing and refining the interviewing process to enhance scalability and efficiency in hiring.
  • Building rapport and strong relationships with candidates to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Managing new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
  • Maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and paperwork.
  • Addressing employee questions and concerns regarding the company.
  • Recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve departmental efficiency and services.
  • Performing other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business, or a related field, or relevant prior experience in human resources.
  • Over two years of combined experience in human resources, recruiting, project management, and administration.
  • Strong business acumen and clear, professional communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in applicant tracking systems, Google, and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Demonstrated cultural awareness and adherence to ethical practices.
  • Organized and efficient in handling daily tasks.
  • General knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
