About the position

The People Operations Manager at Inclusive World is responsible for overseeing HR needs for both weekend and weekday programs, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders involved, including members, instructors, volunteers, and staff. This part-time role focuses on people acquisition, onboarding, training, and retention, while also managing program support and team management as the organization scales.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate program schedules and manage outreach efforts with Marketing to meet enrollment and retention goals for staff, members, and volunteers.
  • Oversee year-round enrollment, training, orientation, and ongoing communications with stakeholders.
  • Monitor attendance, address people issues, and collaborate with teams to enhance program engagement.
  • Build and lead a team to support people operations as the organization scales.
  • Manage acquisition, training, and exit processes, administer surveys, and drive process improvements to enhance the experience for all stakeholders.
  • Develop annual budgets and analyze people data to optimize resources.
  • Represent Inclusive World at events, participate in leadership meetings, and support internal forums.

Requirements

  • HR and people management experience, preferably in a program-based or nonprofit setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for inclusion and alignment with the mission and vision of Inclusive World.
