The Human Resources/Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll processes for the company, ensuring compliance and efficiency during the transition to Paycom from PEO. This role requires a dependable team player with a strong focus on customer service and a positive attitude, contributing to a supportive employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll for the company, ensuring compliance and efficiency during the transition to Paycom from PEO.
  • Perform additional HR duties as needed.
  • Enhance the employee experience through outstanding support.
  • Set up systems and perform fast and accurate data entry.

Requirements

  • Recent human resources/payroll experience is required.
  • Strong computer skills including system set up and fast/accurate data entry skills.
  • Strong organizational and oral/written communication skills.
  • Must have a ‘can-do' attitude.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Paycom or similar payroll systems.
