About the position

The Human Resources Plant Business Partner Specialist at Cargill is responsible for executing and delivering moderately complex people processes that align with the company's people and culture strategy. This role focuses on improving performance and engagement, implementing workforce plans, and supporting talent activities at plant locations. The specialist will partner with key leaders, analyze metrics, and provide support to plant supervisors and employees to foster an inclusive culture and enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key leaders on the execution of moderately complex local people and culture plans.
• Support the identification and implementation of solutions to improve performance, engagement, recruiting, and retention.
• Execute workforce plans, learning programs, talent acquisition activities, and other talent programs at the location.
• Communicate and adopt diversity, equity, and inclusion policies and practices in plant locations.
• Leverage reports and dashboards to measure and analyze human resources and business performance metrics.
• Provide support to plant supervisors and employees, acting as the first point of contact for related questions.
• Onboard new employees and manage everyday grievance matters and leave management.
• Manage on-site audits and independently solve moderately complex issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of related work experience.
