Responsibilities

  • Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects related to the Skills Mapping Initiative.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including budgets, timelines, milestones, and necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and integration of the skills mapping framework across the enterprise.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions that can be adapted and expanded across different business units.
  • Identify, recommend, and manage vendor partners for the initiative.
  • Assign tasks, track progress, manage quality, mitigate risks, and manage budgets.
  • Provide project status updates, risk communication, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR program management or related fields.
  • Experience in survey design and data analysis.
  • Strong skills in team development and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in change management and communications.
  • Familiarity with advanced statistical reporting and analysis.
