About The Position
Lifesteps, a local non-profit agency, is currently accepting applications for a full-time, Personnel Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This entry level HR position will work out of the office in Butler, PA and may travel throughout Armstrong, Allegheny, and Butler Counties about 20% of the time. The hours for this role are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or Saturday morning work. The Recruiter completes full cycle recruiting tasks (from sourcing, screening, interviewing, employment verifications, professional reference checks, etc.) and recruits all types of Human and Social Service, Management, and Administrative positions using our ATS system (ADP Workforce Now). The recruiter will assist with marketing our job opportunities to various media and attend college recruiting events, along with conducting other HR related tasks.
