The Human Resources Representative (Human Resources Operations Specialist) plays a crucial role in providing professional Human Resources services aimed at attracting, engaging, and retaining a workforce that reflects and serves the community of Bloomington, MN. This position primarily focuses on staffing and recruiting, job classifications, employee success, training and development, and employee relations. The representative is expected to model and contribute to a positive work environment, fostering a culture of communication, engagement, and safety. Effective communication with employees and the public, particularly those from diverse backgrounds, is essential.
