About the position

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily human resources management work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, organizational psychology, or related field.
  • Five years of progressively responsible human resources experience or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of human resources functions.
  • Strong problem-solving, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to explain policies and procedures clearly.
  • Skill in using office computer information systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and establish effective working relationships.
